Join Terence Lester, Vivian Mabuni, Eryn Eddy and Robert Vore as they have a vulnerable conversation on differences, December 17— 7pm est. Diversity is a topic that is trending across so many different platforms, mediums, and outlets. What if we had the courage to engage in honest conversations about diversity to truly understand the perspectives and experiences of those who are different from us? What if we allowed others to reveal their fears, failures, hopes, and dreams in an effort to recognize core similarities and celebrate God-given differences? So Worth Loving invites you to be a part of our FREE conversation about diversity event as a member of our family! Join us on December 17th from 7-8:30PM as we learn from three amazing panelists and make sure you submit questions before and during the event. Let's embrace healthy tension together as we seek to develop deeper intimacy with our community and demonstrate with our actions that everyone is "so worth loving". *See access link below in updates!* About our panelists: About Terence Lester: Terence Lester is a speaker, activist, writer, and thought leader in the realm of systemic poverty. He’s known for nationwide campaigns that bring awareness to issues surrounding homelessness, poverty, and economic inequality. His awareness campaigns have been featured on MLK50, CNN, Good Morning America, TVONE, Creative Mornings, USA Today, NBC, AJC, Black Enterprise, Rolling Out, Upworthy, and have been viewed by millions of people worldwide. Terence’s unique approach combines storytelling and digital media to help illustrate social justice issues with practical approaches to solving these ailments. About Vivian Mabuni: Vivian Mabuni is a national speaker and author, bible teacher and podcast host. Her writing has appeared in Christianity Today, SheReadsTruth, and Propel Sophia. Author of "Warrior In Pink" and "Open Hands, Willing Heart," and host of the podcast for AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islanders) leaders "Someday Is Here," Viv loves drinking coffee with her husband of 29 years, Darrin, and marveling at their three young adult kids. Connect with her on Instagram/Twitter@vivmabuni or on her website www.vivianmabuni.com About Robert: Robert is an Atlanta-area therapist with a particular focus in adolescents & young adults. So Worth Loving’s family has grown hundreds of thousands strong in 50 states and over 30 countries. Work seen on: CNN, MSNBC, Southern Living, Oprah Mag, and Our Daily Bread Ministries.
