Let's talk about mental health! Anxiety, depression and body image can take on different forms from the experiences we have and oftentimes we don't realize we are responding from it. Join Herani, Robert and Eryn as they discuss, how anxiety, depression and body image impact our daily life. What are some myths about it and what are some tactical ways to manage it, and How can we be a friend to someone going through these experiences? During the last portion of our time together, we will break out into smaller community groups via Zoom to further discuss the conversation we just heard and connect with one another! We can't wait to see you then. ABOUT HERANI: Herani is a North Atlanta area therapist who specializes in working with adolescents and adults. She is most passionate about walking alongside clients and their families as they work towards healing, freedom, and personal growth. Herani currently works in private practice with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing or healing from eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions in addition to working as a therapist for an eating disorder treatment center in Atlanta. She lives just north of Atlanta with her husband and enjoys laughing, trying new restaurants, and traveling to anywhere warm.
