FREE VIRTUAL EVENT: Let's talk about mental health with two therapists! Discussing anxiety, depression and body image.
Let's talk about mental health! Anxiety, depression and body image can take on different forms from the experiences we have and oftentimes we don't realize we are responding from it.
Join Herani, Robert and Eryn as they discuss, how anxiety, depression and body image impact our daily life. What are some myths about it and what are some tactical ways to manage it, and How can we be a friend to someone going through these experiences?
During the last portion of our time together, we will break out into smaller community groups via Zoom to further discuss the conversation we just heard and connect with one another! We can't wait to see you then.
